FAQs
Must we engage you for both MDM and device management services?
No. You may subscribe to the MDM only and manage it directly. However, you may consider to outsource the administration of the MDM to our device management team to perform all MDM tasks on your behalf. You may also engage us for managed services only if you already have an MDM.
Will we be locked into your services? What happens when we decide to terminate your services after 12 months?
There is absolutely zero lock-in. You retain full administrative access for Apple/Google and the MDM. If you decide not to continue the managed services upon expiry, simply revoke our access and continue to manage your devices directly without disruption.
Our school is using the HQ approved MDM. Can we just engage your management services?
Most certainly. We are proficient and an approved partner for the ministry's selected MDM. We will be able to fully manage the MDM for your entire school. In addition, we will support the Apple/Google platforms as part of the service, which is otherwise not included in HQ's program.
